Just a quick little note for all you food lovers…
Our good friend, Najia, has started a blog devoted to Moroccan Recipes — called, appropriately enough, Moroccan Recipe Blog. She wants to introduce the cuisine of her native country to her new friends.
She plans to include many of the native and exotic dishes of Morocco in “Westernized” form so that we can all enjoy them. But rather than jump in too deep to start off, she has used The Weekend Grillers very own “Moroccan Ribs” as her first recipe. Seems like a good start to me. 
You’ve probably already seen this recipe on The Weekend Grillers, but head over to the site anyway and be sure to keep an eye on it. I know I’m going to.
